Founder and Partner Tim Clark has served as:

  • Chief Communications Officer at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)
  • Acting Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs at the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS)
  • Senior Executive (SES) in the White House Executive Office of the President (EOP)
  • Executive Vice President for Marketing & Communications
  • Vice President for Global Communications & Public Relations 

Clark has directed marketing & public relations campaigns to build national public issue awareness, and to build several national private-sector brands.  Clark has also been a fixture in west coast political communications and strategy. 

He is an expert at messaging, public opinion analysis, digital and social media communications, coalition building, grassroots advocacy, and policy development. And, his work has been recognized and awarded for excellence by the American Association of Political Consultants and the National Telly Awards, among others.

Founder and Partner Kimberly Doster has also served in the White House Executive Office of the President (EOP) and in the executive branch of the US Department of Commerce. Along the way, Kim has directed a wide range of political campaign teams, from local city council elections to presidential campaigns. 

Kim’s passion is policy, and she’s been immersed in policy development in Washington DC and the western United States. She’s collaborated across federal agencies to develop and enact policies that support international trade, expand and protect critical infrastructure, and increase the Nation’s economic prosperity.
